Abstract
Se describe una preparación líquida acuosa que comprende (A) gatifloxacina, una sal farmacológicamente aceptable de la misma o un hidrato de gatifloxacina o la sal, (B) ácido hialurónico o una sal farmacológicamente aceptable del mismo, y (C) un alcohol polihídrico; la preparación líquida acuosa es una preparación líquida acuosa oftálmica que es excelente en la retención de gatifloxacina en un fluido lagrimal y la penetración de gatifloxacina en un humor acuoso y una conjuntiva.
