Abstract

Un articulo absorbente tal como un panal, un calzon entrenador, una toalla sanitaria, un protector para incontinencia, etc., el cual comprende fibras termocromicas. Las fibras termocromicas pueden incorporarse en uno o mas de los siguientes componentes del articulo absorbente: la lamina (6) protectora interna, la capa (8) de captacion, la estructura (5) absorbente, la lamina (7) protectora externa o la capa dispuesta entre la lamina protectora externa y la estructura absorbente. El articulo puede contener alternativamente una capa fibrosa la cual principalmente o completamente contiene fibras termocromicas. Las fibras termocromicas pueden utilizarse como indicador de humedad, como un indicador de fiebre, como un control de la funcion para microorganismos que se han incorporado en el articulo o para propositos de entretenimiento, tales como creando impresiones de color de manos, etc.
