Abstract
Un sistema para determinar la capacidad de una via ferroviaria para conducir vehiculos ferroviarios en forma segura sobre la via al detectar cambios en el ambiente cerca de la via, el sistema incluye un sensor para detectar un campo magnetico cerca de la via ferroviaria y generar datos indicativos de un campo magnetico, un procesador para procesar datos desde el sensor para identificar cambios en el campo magnetico cerca de la via, y un dispositivo de comunicacion en comunicacion con el procesador para transmitir datos indicativos de cambios al ambiente cerca de la via, los cuales pueden afectar la capacidad de la via para conducir vehiculos ferroviarios en forma segura.
