Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo y un metodo de procesamiento, tal como procesamiento farmaceutico. Al menos una senal es transmitida en una estructura de procesamiento la cual es adaptada para recibir materiales. La senal propagada es recibida y un valor de parametro de esta es comparado con un valor de referencia. La presencia de materiales o de cualquier otro cambio geometrico en la estructura de procesamiento es evaluada basada en la comparacion. La senal puede estar en la forma de una onda electromagnetica, por ej. una micronda. Tambien, se proporciona un uso de un recipiente de procesamiento, o un tubo conectado al recipiente.
