Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para suministrar combustible a un motor de combustión interna, caracterizado dicho método porque consiste de las etapas de: introducir una cantidad de combustible dosificada en un gas para formar una carga de combustible y gas; controlar la cantidad de combustible introducida en respuesta a la demanda de carga de motor, inyectar directamente la carga de combustible y gas a la cámara de combustión a través de una boquilla bajo condiciones tales que el combustible penetre una primera distancia dentro de la cámara de combustión; y variar dichas condiciones en respuesta de la demanda de carga de motor que este por encima de un valor predeterminado para incrementar la distancia de penetración del combustible dentro de la cámara de combustión.
