Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a producto alimenticio de varios componentes que poseen una diferente actividad de agua y comportando entre si una barrera protectora contra la transferencia de humedad, caracterizado en que la barrera protectora es hidrófoba y contiene del 3 al 12 por ciento de huevo, del 3 al 18 por ciento de proteína de la leche y el agua como complemento. Procedimiento para la obtención del producto alimenticio caraterizado en que se coloca sobre el componente menos húmedo la mezcla para la barrera protectora, se trata termicamente y se coloca el segundo componente sobre la citada barrera asi formada. Composición para llevar a cabo el procedimiento, caracterizada en que contiene del 25 al 75 por ciento de huevo en polvo y del 25 al 75 por ciento de polvo de proteina de la leche.
