Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un microfusible o chip fusible con características variables de tiempo-corriente, caracterizado porque comprende: un cuerpo o parte principal, que tiene una pared y una cavidad definida por la pared, en la parte principal; un par de terminales principales, provistas sobre la pared, de tal manera que el par de terminales principales penetran a través de la pared, y están opuestas una a otra; el par de terminales principales tiene porciones terminales para conexión eléctrica a un circuito externo, en la parte exterior de la pared; una pluralidad de terminales subsidiarias que están localizadas en la cavidad, en cada uno de ambos lados, con respecto a una línea que se forma dirigiéndose desde uno de los pares de terminales principales, al otro del par de terminales principales; y un elemento fusible que tiene ambas porciones terminales, las cuales están respectivamente aseguradas y conectadas eléctricamente al par de terminales principales; el elemento fusible está provisto en la cavidad, de tal manera que el elemento fusible se extiende entre una del par de terminales principales vía una parte ó toda de la pluralidad de terminales subsidiarias, y la otra del par de terminales principales, de una manera zigzagueante, y está conectado mecánicamente a una parte ó toda de la pluralidad de terminales subsidiarias.
