Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo usado en iluminación, caracterizado porque comprende: un alojamiento, que define una cavidad óptica, que tiene una ventana óptica, el alojamiento tiene una superficie interna sobre un costado opuest a la ventana óptica; un elemento emisor de luz dentro del alojamiento, para emitir un haz de luz, parcialmente colimado, que tiene un eje de colimación; una pluralidad de prismas sobre la superficie interna, cada uno de los prismas tiene una superficie reflectiva -o que refleja-, especularmente sobre un costado adyacente al elemento emisor de luz, para reflejar la luz desde el elemento emisor de luz fuera de la cavidad óptica a través de la ventana óptica, los picos de los prismas definen una superficie, al menos una porción de la superficie está ligeramente curvada y forma un ángulo agudo con el eje de colimación de tal forma que la ventana óptica recibirá un nivel de iluminación substancialmente uniforme.
