Claims (10)

  1. 외부 조명간판에 광을 제공하는 조명장치로서, 상기 조명장치는, 부분적으로 조준된 광비임을 발생시키기 위한 광원과, 하나의 축을 지니는 하우징과, 상기 하우징 축을 따라 상기 하우징내로 부분적으로 평행광선이 배향하도록 위치된 상기 하우징 및 상기 광원과, 하우징의 둘레에 제1영역에 해당하는 제1부분 및 상기 제1부분이 광유도 수단으로된 하우징의 둘레의 제2영역에 해당하는 제2부분을 지니는 상기 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 내부의 제1표면과, 상기 하우징의 외부의 제2표면을 갖는 상기 제2부분과, 광 추출 구조물을 갖는 상기 제1표면과, 상기 복수개의 평행광선으로부터 광을 추출하고 광을 상기 제2표면쪽으로 배향시킬 수 있는 상기 광추출 구조물과, 프레이넬 렌즈를 갖는 상기 제2표면으로 포함하는 광조명장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외측 표면을 지니는 상기 하우징의 상기 제1부분과, 복수개의 직각 이등변 삼각형 프리즘을 갖는 상기 외측 표면과, 하나의 축을 갖는 각 프리즘과 상기 프리즘의 상기 하우징의 축과 평행하게 연장하는 광조명장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1표면상에 복수개의 삼각형상의 프리즘을 포함하는 상기 광추출 구조물과, 하나의 축을 지니는 상기 프리즘과, 상기 프리즘의 상기 축이 상기 하우징축과 수직하게 연장하는 광조명장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프리즘과 각도가 59° 내지 79°내의 범위를 갖는 광조명장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 상기 제2부분의 상기 외측표면에 복수개의 선형 구조물을 포함하는 상기 프레이넬 렌즈와, 하나의 축을 갖는 상기 각각의 선형 구조물과, 상기 선형 구조물의 상기 축이 상기 하우징 축과 평행하게 연장하는 광조명장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 프레이넬 렌즈는 상기 기판에 어떤 지점에 수용된 광의 농도와 기타 어떤 지점에 수용된 광의 농도간에 비율이 2:1이하가 되도록 광분포를 발생시키는 광조명장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프리즘은 상기 프리즘이 각기 다른 내각을 갖는 반복되는 그룹으로 분할된 광조명장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광추출 구조물이 상기 제1표면상의 복수개의 삼각형상의 프리즘과, 하나의 축을 갖는 상기 각각의 프리즘과, 상기 하우징늬 축과 수직하게 연장하는 상기 프리즘의 축을 포함하는 광조명장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레이넬 렌즈는 상기 하우징에 상기 제2부분의 상기 선형구조물과, 상기 하우징축과 평행하게 연장하는 상기 선형구조물의 상기 축을 포함하는 광조명장치.
  10. 제9에 있어서, 상기 프레이넬 렌즈는 상기 기판에 어떤 지점에 수용된 광의 농도와 기타 어떤 지점에 수용된 광의 농도간에 비율이 2:1이하가 되도록 광분포를 발생시키는 광조명장치.
