Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de derivados de ácido piridincarboxílico de la fórmula I; en donde R3 es hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo lineal o ramificado de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, alquenilo, fenilo, o fenilo sustituído; R4 y R7 son cada uno hidrógeno, alquilo lineal o ramificado de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, alquenilo, fenilo, o fenilo sustituído; R3 y R4 tomados conjuntamente pueden ser -(CH2)-3-10; y R5 y R6 son cada uno independientemente H, COZ, o CN, a condición de que no sean ambos H; o R5 y R6 conjuntamente son -CO-NR10-CO; Z es OR8 o NR8R9; R8 y o R8 y R9 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno forman una estructura heterocíclica alifática o aromática y R10 es hidrógeno, alquilo, arilo, hidroxilo o un alcoxi de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono; el procedimiento está caracterizado porque consiste en hacer reaccionar un derivado N-hidroxiamino de la fórmula se definieron anteriormente con un aldehído o cetona alfa, beta-insaturado de la fórmula III: R3-CCHe en la fórmula I, en presencia de un ácido y un disolvente a una temperatura en el rango de la temperatura ambiente hasta el punto de ebullición del disolvente hasta que la reacción se termina substancialmente.
