Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para hacer productos compuestos de materiales lignocelulósicos que contiene azúcar triturada sin la adición de aglomerantes adhesivos, que comprende las etapas de separar los materiales crudos en partículas, fibras, hebras y hojuelas, secar los materiales crudos triturados, formando previamente los materiales crudos en una estera deseada y prensando y calentando la estera formada a una temperatura de 180 grados C o más alta, y una presión y tiempo suficientes para consolidar esta estera como un artículo moldeado, mientras el enlace adhesivo se desarrolla y se fija por calor in situ, transformando y polimerizando los azúcares y los materiales solubles en agua a una substancia entrelazada insoluble e infusible como agente de liga y vigorizante, que es resistente al agua hirviendo y a la hidrólisis ácida.
