Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una compuerta deslizante para una válvula de horno, caracterizada porque comprende en asociación, un bastidor para contener refractario, dicho bastidor siendo simétrico alrededor de su eje transversal y simétrico alrededor de su eje longitudinal, una porción larga y una porción corta del bastidor, un orificio de vertido en la porcion corta del bastidor, un soporte de forma de araña en la porción larga del bastidor, un soporte de refuerzo circular en una porción desviada con respecto a la araña y en la porción corta del bastidor, para soportar el orificio de vertido de la compuerta deslizante, una placa refractaria para insertarse en el bastidor opuestamente a la araña, un inserto refractario que tiene un collarín y una porción de boquilla dependiente para insertarse en el refuerzo de abertura de boquilla del bastidor, una guía que se extiende ajustablemente desde el bastidor en relación circundante con la araña para soportar la placa refractaria opuesta a la misma, un refractario vaciable monolítico que incrusta los insertos refractarios en el bastidor, y una abertura pasada en la araña, en comunicación abierta con el refractario monolítico, con lo cual una válvula captada puede ser remanufacturada por prensado de un mandril contra la porción de boquilla y un obturador cilíndrico golpeable en la abertura pasada.
