Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a dispositivo para el tratamiento térmico de producto fino, especialmente de material en bruto de cemento, que contiene: a) un precalentador ciclónico multietapa, b) un horno tubular giratorio (3), c) un calcinador (4) dispuesto entre el horno tubular giratorio (3) y la etapa más baja (1.2) del precalentador ciclónico, que constituye una zona de cocción que sirve para el precalcinado del producto fino precalentado, d) un refrigerador conectado aguas abajo del horno tubular giratorio (3), e) un conducto de aire terciario (5, 6) que va desde el refrigerador hasta la zona de cocción, cuya parte, que desemboca en el calcinador (4), está inclinada hacia abajo en el sentido de flujo con respecto a la horizontal, f) un conducto de producto (7,8) que procede desde la segunda etapa, comenzando desde abajo, del precalentador ciclónico, que desemboca en la parte inclinada hacia abajo del conducto de aire terciario (5, 6) en la periferia de este conducto, caracterizado por el punto siguiente: g) el conducto de aire terciario (5, 6) está estrechado en la desembocadura en el calcinador (4).
