Abstract

Un aparato para el tratamiento térmico de material granular fino, que comprende: un horno de calcinar que incluye una entrada de admisión para el material granular fino que se va a calcinar, una entrada de admisión de gas caliente para calcinar el material granular fino, y una salida para el material calcinado y el gas caliente; un gas separador de gas y materia sólida, el cual incluye una entrada de admisión de gas y materia sólida arrastrada, conectada con circulación de flujo a la salida de dicho horno de calcinar, una salida para el gas separado y una salida para el material granular fino separado; un transmisor indirecto de calor, que incluye una entrada de admisión de gas caliente conectada con circulación de flujo a la salida de gas separado del separador de gas y materia sólida, una entrada de admisión de aire ambiente mediante la cual el aire ambiente es calentado por contacto de intercambio indirecto de calor con el gas caliente que procede del separador de gas y materia sólida, yuna salida para el aire ambiente así calentado; y unos medios de conectar, con circulación de flujo, la salida de aire ambiente calentado de dicho transmisor indirecto de calor con la entrada de admisión de gas caliente del horno de calcinar.
