Abstract
La presente invención se refiere una llanta no neumática giratoria alrededor de un eje, que tiene una resistencia a la fatiga por flexión e histéresis mejoradas, que comprende: un cuerpo anular de un material elastomérico de poliéter uretano, elástico, formado de un primer poliéter poliol de bajo peso molecular, tapado en el extremo con isocianato, que tiene un peso molecular de entre 200 y 1,500 y un segundo poliéter poliol tapado en el extremo con isocianato, de peso molecular elevado, que tiene un peso molecular entre 1,500 y 4,000, curado con un agente de curación de diamina aromática, teniendo el cuerpo anular un miembro externo generalmente cilíndrico en su periferia externa, un miembro interno generalmente cilíndrico, radialmente separado hacia adentro de, y coaxial con, el miembro externo, una pluralidad de miembros de costilla circunferencialmente separados que se extienden axialmente, conectados a sus extremos interno y externo correspondientes a los citados miembros cilíndricos internos y externos, estando dichos miembros de costilla generalmente inclinados en un ángulo de aproximadamente 0 a 75 grados con respecto a planos radiales que los intersectan en sus extremos internos, y por lo menos un miembro de alma que tiene caras laterales opuestas, teniendo el miembro de alma sus periferias interna y externa conectadas respectivamente a los miembros cilíndricos internos y externos, conectándose el miembro de alma en por lo menos una de sus caras laterales a cuando menos uno de los miembros de costilla, para formar por lo tanto con el miembro de costilla una estructura portadora de carga para el citado miembro cilíndrico externo o, construyéndose la estructura portadora de carga para permitir el combado de los miembros localmente cargados.
