Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a método para eliminar o inhibrir el cresimiento de microorganismos indeseables en un ambiente susceptible a su cresimiento, que comprende agregar a dicho ambiente una combinación sinegísticamente efectiva de niasina y lisozima, en una cantidad suficiente para eliminar o inhibir dicho cresimiento microbiano.
