Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un paquete herméticamente sellado que comprende: (a) un envase de capas múltiples que consiste de por lo menos una capa interna y una capa adyacente a la capa interna, la capa interna y la capa adyacente a la capa interna se unen mediante un adhesivo sensible a la presión, el envase de capas múltiples incluye (1) una porción rebajada; (2) una porción de reborde plana que une íntegramente el borde de la porción rebajada; y (3) una muesca que rodea el límite entre la porción rebajada y la porción de reborde plana, la muesca se proporciona en la porción de reborde plana en la capa interna del envase de capas múltiples; y (b) una película superior que incluye (1) una porción de tapa para sellar el envase de capas múltiples, la porción de tapa está adherido firmemente a la porción de reborde plana y el envase de capas múltiples en el exterior de la muesca; y (2) una porción de lengüeta para recoger la película superior, la porción de lengüeta se extiende desde el borde de la porción de tapa, siendo integral con la porción de tapa, y no quedando adherida a la porción de reborde plana; el coeficiente de adhesión entre el envase de capas múltiples y la película superior es mayor que el coeficiente de adhesión entre la capa interna del envase de capas múltiples y la capa adyacente a la capa interna del envase de capas múltiples generado por el adhesivo sensible a la presión, mediante lo cual durante la separación producida de la película superior desde la porción de lengüeta, la capa interna se desprende progresivamente de la capa adyacente a la capa interna, con la capa interna dentro de la mueca permaneciendo sin desprender; y el adhesivo sensible a la presión permitiendo el resellado del paquete herméticamente sellado después de abrirse.
