Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar L-ramnosa mediante hidrolizacón de un enlace ramnosídico de un glucócido que tiene ramnosa en una posición terminal, caracterizado en que glucócido es enzimaticamente hidrolizado mediante el empleo de una combinación de enzimas que comprende una enzima que degrada material estructural biológico y una preparación de naringinasa que tiene una actividad de ramnosidasa más elevada que la actividad de la beta-glucosidasa
