Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en sistema de encendido tangencial, concéntrico, en grupos, para un horno encendido con combustible fósil que tiene una pluralidad de paredes que comprende dentro de las mismas una región de quemador, caracterizadas porque el sistema comprende: a) una caja de viento montada dentro de la región de quemador del horno encendido con combustible fósil; b) un par de compartimientos de combustible montados a una primera elevación dentro de la caja de viento; c) un grupo de boquillas de combustible soportadas en relación montada dentro del primer par de compartimientos del combustible; d) un compartimiento de aire montado a una segunda elevación dentro de la caja de viento; de manera que este colocado prácticamente en relación yuxtapuesta al primer par de compartimientos de combustible; e) una boquilla de aire soportada en relación montada dentro del compartimiento del aire; f) un segundo par de compartimientos de combustible montado a una tercera elevación dentro de la caja de viento; g) un par de boquillas de combustible soportadas en relación montada dentro del segundo par de compartimientos de combustible; h) un compartimiento de aire secundario acoplado en forma estrecha, montado a una cuarta elevación dentro de la caja de viento; i) un boquilla de aire secundario acoplada en forma estrecha, soportada en relación montada dentro del compartimiento de aire secundario cerrado en forma estrecha; j) un compartimiento de aire secundario separado, montado dentro de la región de quemador del horno encendido con combustible fósil, de manera que esté separado de compartimiento de aire secundrio, acoplado en forma estrecha, y de manera que este prácticamente alineado con el eje longitudinal con la caja de viento; k) una boquilla de aire secundario separada soportada en relación montada dentro del compartimiento de aire secundario separado; l) Un suministro de combustible conectado al grupo de boquillas de combustible y al par de boquillas de combustible, siendo dicho suministro de combustible operativo para suministrar combustible al grupo de boquillas de combustible y a través de las mismas al interior de la región de quemador del horno encendido con combustible fósil, a fin de crear una zona rica en combustible dentro del mismo, siendo además ese suministro de combustible operativo para suministrar combustible al par de boquillas de combustible y a través de las mismas al interior de la región de quemador del horno encendido con combustible fósil; y m) un suministro de aire conectado a la boquilla de aire, a la boquilla de aire secundario; acoplado en forma estrecha y a la boquilla de aire secundario, separada, siendo el suministro de aire operativo para suministrar una cantidad suficiente de aire a la boquilla de aire y a la boquilla de aire secundario, acoplada en forma estrecha y a través de las mismas al interior de la región de quemador del horno encendido con combustible fósil, de manera que la estequiometría dentro de la caja de viento sea de aproximadamente 0.85, siendo además el suministro de aire operativo para suministrar una cantidad suficiente de aire a la boquilla de aire secundario separada y a través de la misma y al interior de la región de quemador del horno encendido.
