Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a denitrification ratio by a method wherein a burner is utilized as a denitrification burner when a load is high and it is utilized as a burner for starting operations when a load is low.
CONSTITUTION: Above a main burner 10, are installed an upper burner 13 and a blast box 14. And above them, are installed an air nozzle 16 for completing a combustion and a blast box 17. And together with them, a duct 35 to supply a combustion air in order to actuate the upper burner 13 as a starting use or as a burner for blazing fire during a starting time or during a low load time is installed, and further, a duct which supplies a recirculation gas to the upper burner blast box 14 during a high load time and makes the upper burner 13 actuate as a fuel casting nozzle for denitrification and a duct which supplies the air to the nozzle 16 for completing a combustion are installed. In this way, a burner can be used as a denitrification burner during the high load time and a burner for starting operation during the low load time, thus, resulting in obtaining approximately 50% of a denitrification ratio during a high load time.
