Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a masa refractaria, especialmente para una piedra refractaria para revestir hornos de tubo rotatoria, para la industria del cemento, sobre la base de espinela de magnesio, con un contenido de 10 a 50 por ciento en peso de clinker de espinela (MhO.Al2O3), 50 a 90 por ciento en peso de magnesia sinterizada y un contenido de 0.5 a 4 por ciento en peso, respecto a la totalidad de clinker de espinela y magnesia sinterizada, que toma en un 100 por ciento en peso, por concepto de óxido metálico que promueve la formación de incrustaciones, caracterizada porque el óxido metálico es el ózido de zirconio y está en un margen del tamaño de los órganos, menor de 0.1 mm.
