Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en una mantilla de soporte para una prensa de pinzado extendido en donde la mantilla y un fieltro y una lámina sin fin formada pasan a través de un pinzado extendido definido por un rodillo de prensa giratorio y una zapata hidráulicamente cargada, las mejoras caracterizadas en que la mantilla comprende: una base para impartir rigidez inherente a la mantilla, teniendo la base primera y segundas caras, un primer laminado que se extiende a lo largo de la primera cara de la base teniendo el primer laminado una interfase dispuesta contigua a la primera cara de la base y una cara que coopera con la zapata cargada hidráulicamente de la prensa de pinzado extendido; un segundo laminado extendido a lo largo de la segunda cara de la base, teniendo el segundo laminado una superficie dispuesta contigua a la segunda cara de la base, definiendo el segundo laminado un límite de modo que el límite coopera con el fieltro de la prensa de pinzado extendido, definiendo el segundo laminado una pluralidad de cavidades extendidas del límite hacia la base para canalizar flujo de fluido del fieltro durante el paso de la mantilla, fieltro y lámina sin fin a través del pinzado extendido y teniendo los laminados un diferencial de dureza entre sí, teniendo el primer laminado una dureza que permite la flexión del primer laminado durante el paso a través del pinzado extendido, teniendo el segundo laminado una dureza de modo que se inhiba el aplastamiento de las cavidades durante el paso a través del pinzado extendido de modo que no se impide el flujo de fluido citado.
