Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición lubricante para formar en prensa o estampar, que consiste de un lubricante disuelto o disperso en un medio líquido volátil, en donde el lubricante consiste de por lo menos un -éster de un alcohol polihídrico que tiene dos o tres grupos hidroxilo, de los cuales uno o dos se esterifican con un ácido carboxílico de cadena larga, y tiene una temperatura de fusión superior a la temperatura ambiente, pero lo bastante baja para permitir la separación desde una superficie de metal, mediante un limpiador alcalino acuoso.
