Claims (5)
- 탄소수 8-10을 가지는 지방산 및 그 염류로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종과, 비이온성 계면활성제, 무기산의 알카리금속염, 2이상의 카복실기를 가지는 카복실산의 알카리금속염, 염기성아미노산, 슈가아민 및 다음구조식(I)의 아민상기식에서 R1,R2및 R3는 각각 치환 또는 비치환의 알킬기이다.에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물을 함유하는 직장에서 약물의 흡수를 촉진시키는 부형제조성물.
- 제1항에서 화합물이 HLB 값 5-20을 가지는 계면활성제인 부형제조물.
- 제2항에서 비이온성 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르인 부형제조물.
- 제3항에서 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르가 폴리옥시에틸렌(21) 타우릴에테르인 부형제조성물.
- 제1항에서 화합물이 탄산의 알카리금속염 또는 인산의 알카리금속염인 부형제조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
