Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un capacitor que contiene un material adsorbente, caracterizado porque comprende: (a) un alojamiento; (b) medios dentro del alojamiento para almacenar y leberar energía eléctrica; (c) cuando menos dos terminales, conectadas eléctricamente a los medios de almacenamiento eléctrico; y (d) medios en el alojamiento para adsorber por lo menos una porción de los contaminantes presentes en dicho capacitor, dichos medios adsorbentes siendo cuando menos un material seleccionado de zeolitas sintéticas y naturales, tierra diatomácea, carbón activado y alúmina.
