Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición de revestimiento líquida para hacer revestimientos de óxido de estaño adicionados de flúor, de alta calidad, que tienen una baja resistencia laminar y una alta transmisión a la luz visible, caracterizada porque comprende: a) de 1 a 30 por ciento en peso de un compuesto de adición de flúor, orgánico, el cual se selecciona de ácido trifluoroacético, anhídrido trifluoroacético, anhídrido trifluoroacético, trifluoroacetato de etilo, trifluoroetanol, trifluoroacetato de etilo o ácido pentafluoropropiónico; y b) de 70 a 99 por ciento en peso de un compuesto de organoestaño, que se selecciona de un tricloruro de alquilestaño, un dicloruro de dialquilestaño, un acetato de dialquildiclorestaño, un diacetato de dialquilcloroestaño, un éster de tricloruro de estaño o tetracloruro de estaño. Un método para producir un revestimiento de óxido de estaño adicionado de flúor, de alta calidad, que tiene una baja resistencia laminar y una transmisión elevada de la luz visible, que comprende: a) formar una composición de revestimiento líquida de i) 1-30 por ciento en peso de un compuesto aditivo de flúor, orgánico, que se selecciona de ácido trifluoroacético, y ii) 70 a 99 por ciento en peso de un compuesto de organoestaño que se selecciona de un tricloruro de alquilestaño, un dicloruro de dialquilestaño, un acetato de alquildicloroestaño, un diacetato de dialquilcloroestaño, un éster de tricloruro de estaño o tetracloruro de estaño b) evaporar dicha composición líquida a 100-400 grados C, y c) poner en contacto dicho vapor en una atmósfera que contenga oxígeno, con un substrato mantenido a una temperatura superior a 400 grados, e inferior a 700 grados C, llevándose a cabo dicha deposición durante 45 segundos o menos, para producir un revestimiento que tiene un espesor de 160-220 nm, una resistencia laminar de menos de 40 ohms/9.29 m cuadrado, una reflectividad infrarroja de más de 70 por ciento y una transmisión de luz visible de por lo menos 80 por ciento.
