Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para separar buten-2 altamente puro y buten-1 altamento puro esencialmente exentos de hidrocarburos olefínico y acetilénico de una fracción de hidrocarburo de C4 que contiene isobutano, n-butano, buten-2 y por lo menos un hidrocarburo diolefínico y/o por lo menos un hidrocarburo acetilénico, que consiste de: 1) como un paso A (un primer paso de destilación extractiva) tratar la fracción de hidrocarburo de C4 con un solvente polar en una primer columna de destilación extractiva para separar la misma en un material refinado que contiene isobutano y n-butano como los ingredientes principales y un extracto que contiene buten-1, buten-2, el hidrocarburo diolefínico y/o el hidrocarburo acetilénico como los ingredientes principales, 2) como un paso B (un primer paso de destilación), introducir el extracto del paso A en un primera columna de destilación para obtener una fracción que contiene buten-1, el hidrocarburo diolefínico y/o el hidrocarburo acetilénico como los ingredientes principales de la parte superior de la columna y el buten-2 purificado del fondo de la columna, 3) como un paso C (un segundo paso de destilación extractiva), introducir la fracción obtenida en el paso B que contiene buten-1, el hidrocarburo diolefínico y/o el hidrocarburo acetilénico como los ingredientes principales en una segunda columna de destilación extractiva y tratar la misma con un solvente polar para separar la misma en un material refinado que contiene buten 1 como un ingrediente principal y un extracto que contiene el hidrocarburo diolefínico y/o el hidrocarburo acetilénico como los ingredie ntes principales, y 4) como un paso D (un segundo paso de destilación), introducir el material refinado obtenido en el paso C hacia una segunda columna de destilación para separar una cantidad pequeña de agua desde la parte superior de la columna y obtener buten-1 purificado desde el fondo de la columna.
