Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para sulfonar un artículo plástico, a partir de resinas termoplásticas que son formados moldeando bajo calor y presión, caracterizado porque comprende poner en contacto una superficie del artículo plástico con trióxido de azufre gaseoso en el molde de formación, mientras el artícula está sustancialemtne a la temperatura de formación, dicho moldeo tiene lugar aproximadamente a 110-180 grados C, el trióxido de azufre gaseoso, a presión relativamente alta, está a una temperatura de 80 a 140 grados C y el artículo de plástico está aproximadamente a 160-180 grados C durante el paso de sulfonación.
