Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un artículo gráfico de transferencia en seco, el cual se aplica a un substrato para proporcionar un diseño sobre el mismo, caracterizado porque comprende: a) un portador, b) un primer adhesivo continuo sobre dicho portador, este primer adhesivo tiene primeras y segundas porciones superficiales; c) un patrón gráfico, que comprende al menos una capa de una composición formadora de imagen, este patrón se une, en forma liberable, a dichas primeras porciones superficiales del primer adhesivo; d) un segundo adhesivo continuo, responsable a una radiación no actínica, que tiene primeros segmentos que cubren dicho patrón gráfico sobre las primeras porciones superficiales del primer adhesivo, y segundos segmentos unidos directamente a las segundas porciones superficiales del primer adhesivo, este segundo adhesivo tiene una fuerza de fractura menor que aquélla de la unión adhesiva de los segundos segmentos a la segunda superficie del primer adhesivo, menor que la unión adhesiva del segundo adhesivo al substrato, y menor que la unión adhesiva de los primeros segmentos a dicho patrón gráfico; el segundo adhesivo tiene una fuerza de unión al primer adhesivo mayor que la fuerza de unión del segundo adhesivo a dicho substrato, por lo cual, cuando se adhiere dicho artículo al substrato, la aplicación de una fuerza de desprendimiento a la película portadora permite la separación selectiva desde el substrato de dicha película portadora, junto con el primer adhesivo y los segundos segmentos del segundo adhesivo, a lo largo del borde de dicho patrón gráfico, dejando sobre el substrato el patrón gráfico y los primeros segmentos del segundo adhesivo en alineamiento con dicho patrón gráfico.
