Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un rodillo de cinta que consiste de una cinta prelaminada alargada compuesta enrollada sobre sí alrededor de un núcleo anular, especialmente apropiado para preparar un cierre de cinta para pañales desechables, cortando simplemente el compuesto de cinta prelaminada alargada en paralelo al eje del núcleo, a intervalos que corresponden al ancho predeterminado del cierre, la longitud de cada uno de estos cierres corresponde al ancho del rollo de cinta, caracterizado en que el compuesto de cinta prelaminada consiste de una combinación de: (a) una cinta de sujección que consiste de una tira alargada de un material de respaldo laminado, que tiene primera y segunda orillas, que es esencialmente tan ancho como el compuesto de cinta, y que tiene una capa de un primer adhesivo sensible a la presión y normalmente pegajoseo revestida pro encima de esencialmente una superficie del material de respaldo: (b) una capa del segundo adhesivo sensible a la presión y normalmente pegajoso revestida a través de aproximadamente una tercera parte del primer adhesivo sensible a la presión normalmente pegajoso, a lo largo de la primera orilla de la misma: (c) un elemento de levantamiento con los dedos adherido al primer adhesivo sensible a la presión adyacente a la segunda orilla del mismo: (d) una cinta de desprendimiento que tiene primera y segunda superficies, la primera superficie está adherida a la primera capa de la capa de adhesivo sensible a la presión: (e) una capa de un adhesivo sensible a la presión y normalmente pegajoso revestida por encima de la segunda superficie de la cinta de desprendimiento: y (f) una tira unificadora centrada a lo largo de la junta de la segunda capa de adhesivo y la capa de adhesivo sobre la cinta de desprendimiento y adherida a las capas de adhesivo.
