Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una mezcla de peróxido de peróxidos que se líquida a una temperatura no mayor de 23 grados C. que contiene hasta 25 por ciento de bis-(alfa-t-butiloeroxiisopropil)benceno, caracterizada en que consiste esencialmente de (1) de aproximadamente 40 por ciento a aproximadamente 60 por ciento de peróxido de cumilo de t-butilo; (2) de aproximadamente 5 por ciento a aproximadamente 25 por ciento de la mezcla de los meta- y para-isómeros del bis-(alfa-t-butil-peroxiisopropil)benceno, estando la mezcla de meta- y para-isómeros en la proporción de entre 1.5-1 a 4-1; y (3) peróxido de dicumilo para construir un total del 100 por ciento, siendo la temperatura de fusión de la mezcla no mayor de aproximadamente 5 grados C.
