Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un radio receptor estereofónico universal, caracterizado porque comprende: medios para recibir señales estereofónicas de radio-frecuencia (RF) en amplitud modulada (AM) y para convertir dicha señal a una señal de frecuencia intermedia (FI) correspondiente; medios descodificadores estereofónicos, que responden a la señal de FI para procesar dicha señal a través del mismo circuito descodificador, independientemente del tipo de señal del sistema estereofónico en AM que se está recibiendo; desarrollando dicho circuito señales de salida de audio estereofónicas izquierda (I) y derecha (D), capaces de producir sonido estereofónico aceptable sin necesidad de conmutar a o de circuitos descodificadores especiales cuando se está recibiendo cualquier señal de sistema estereofónico particular en AM.
