Claims (6)
1. Postupak zamene transformatora (200) vetrogeneratorskog postrojenja (100), pri čemu je transformator (200) smešten u unutrašnjosti stuba (140) postrojenja vetrogeneratora (100), a stub (140)ima otvor (150) za vrata, i koji postupak obuhvata sledeće korake:- Kuplovanje poprečnog nosača (300) za zamenu na način da se prvo učvrsti tačka (310) na kuku dizalice (500),- Uvođenje prvog kraja (321) od poprečne grede (300), sa drugom tačkom (320) za pričvršćivanje kroz otvor (150) vrata, unutar stuba (140),- Pričvršćivanje transformatora (200) koji se zamenjuje na drugoj tački (320) za pričvršćenje, prvog kraja (321),- Pričvršćivanje kompenzirajuće težine (400) na drugoj tački (320) za pričvršćenje, a na drugom kraju (322) poprečne grede (300),- Naginjanje ili iskošavanje drugog kraja (322) poprečne grede (300) da transformator (200) bude na visini otvora za vrata (150), i- Pomicanje kuke dizalice tako da transformator (200) koji treba zameniti bude izvan otvora vrata (150), naznačeno time, da je novi transformator kompenzirajuća težina (400) a poprečna greda se rotira za 180O i novitransformator se dovodi na drugoj tački (320) za pričvršćivanje, na drugom kraju (322) otvora (150) za vrata.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtevu 1, pri čemu je novi transformator spušten u operativnu poziciju prvim krajem (321) poprečne grede (300) podizanjem ili naginjanjem.
3. Postupak prema jednom od patentnih zahteva 1 do 2, pri čemu je kuka dizelice fiksirana na drugoj tački (320) za pričvršćivanje, na drugom kraju (322) poprečne grede (300), naročito putem "block and tackle" mehanizma, tako da drugi kraj ( 322 ) poprečne grede (300) može da se podigne ili spusti.
4. Poprečna greda za zamenu, za upotrebu pri postupku zamene transformatora vetrogeneratorskog postrojenja, prema jednom od zahteva 1 do 3, imajući izdužen oblik, prvu tačku (310) pričvršćivanja za prihvat kuke dizalice, i respektivno drugu tačku (320) za pričvršćivanje, na prvom i drugom kraju (321,322) poprečne grede (300) za respektivni prihvat transformatora (200) koji treba da bude zamenjen, i kompenzirajuću težinu (400).
5. Poprečna greda prema zahtevu 4, pri čemu je prva tačka (310) pričvršćivanja, obezbedjena suštinski na centru gravitacije poprečne grede (300).
6. Poprečna greda prema zahtevu 4 ili zahtevu 5 koja dalje ima, dalju prvu tačku (310) pričvršćivanja koja nije obezbedjena u centru gravitacije poprečne grede.
