Claims (15)
1.Vijčani element (1), koji sadrži tijelo s navojem (2) i vrh vijka (4), načinjen na jednom kraju tijela, i glavu vijka (5), načinjenu na sup rotnom kraju tijela, koja ima element za primjenu si l e (7), te ima vijčani navoj (12) koji se pruža po tijelu s navojem (2) i vrhu vijka (4), gdje vrh vijka (4), kada se promatra u smjeru uvijanja (Z), ima čeoni prvi vršni dio (4a) koji se suzuje prema kraju vijčanog el ementa, te drugi vršni dio (4b) u susjedstvu navedenog prvog vršn og dijela (4a), koji , kada se promatra u poprečnom presjeku, ima mnogokutni poprečni presjek, čiji je promjer obodnog kruga (dh) koji veći od promjera jezgre (dk) prvog vršnog dijela (4a), naznačen time što prvi vršni dio (4a) ima kružni poprečni presjek i , na prijelazu između prvog vršnog dijela (4a) i drugog vršnog dijela (4b), na potonjem ima najmanje jednu površinu krajnjeg ruba (9) koja je, u odnosu na uzdužnu središnju os (X-X), orijentirana radijalne u smis lu povećanja promjera, te koja zav ršava tjemenom (15) mnogokutnog poprečnog presjeka koje leži na obodnom krugu (14) drugog vršnog dijela (4b), te što je vijčani navoj ( 12) načinjen bez prekidanja po prvom i drugom vršnom dijelu (4a, 4b) vrha vijka (4).
2.Vijčani element u sk l adu s patentni m zahtjevom 1 , naznačen time što obodni krug (14) drugog vršnog dijela (4b) ima promjer (dh) koji je veći od ili jednak najvećem promjeru jezgre (d,) tijela s navojem (2) koji je, u poprečnom presjeku , po mogućnosti kružni.
3.Vijčani element u sk l adu s patentnim zahtjevom l ili 2, naznačen time što je, po svojoj aksijalnoj duljini , promjer obodnog kruga (dh) drugog vršnog dijela (4b) vrha vijka (4) konstantan .
4.Vijčani element u sk l adu s patentnim zahtjevom l ili 2,naznačen time što drugi vršni dio (4b) vrha vijka (4), na prijelazu između prvog vršnog dijela (4a) i drugog vršnog dijela (4b), ima promjer obodnog kruga (dhJ) manji od promjera obodnog kruga (d h2), te što je kraj drugog vršnog dijela (4b) okrenut prema tijelu s navojem (2).
5.Vijčani element u sk l adu bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva l do 4, naznačen time što je prvi vršni dio (4a) načinjen u obliku ušiljenog čunja čiji se kut čunja (a) kreće u rasponu od 10° do 40°, osobito 20°.
6.Vijčani element u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što je promjer (dk) prvog vršnog dijela (4a), načinjen u obliku ušiljenog čunja na svojoj baznoj površini na prijelazu između prvog i drugog vršnog dijela (4a, 4b), manj i od najvećeg promjera jezgre (d,) tijela s navojem (2).
7.Vijčani element u skladu bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva l do 6 naznačen time što vijčani navoj (12), u području drugog vršnog dijela (4b) i dijela tijela (2), ima vanjski promjer (dg) veći od najvećeg promjera obodnog kruga (dh) u području mnogokutnog vršnog dijela (4b).
8.Vijčani element u skladu bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva l do 7, naznačen time što je duljina prvog vršnog dijela (4a) 0,8 do 2,0 puta veća od najveći navoj lead (S) vijčanog navoja (12), gdje je, kod navoja s jednim početkom, početak navoja (S) po mogućnosti 40% do 70% od najvećeg promjera navoja (dg).
9.Vijčani element u skladu bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva l do 8, naznačen time što se vanjski promjer navoja (dg) povećava na prvom vršnom dijelu (4a), počevši od kraja vijčanog elementa, od O do najvećeg vanjskog promjera navoja (dg) na drugom vršnom dijelu (4b).
10.Vijčani element u skladu bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva l do 9, naznačen time što mnogokutni poprečni presjek mnogokutnog vršnog dijela (4b) ima najmanje tri , po mogućnosti četiri, tjemena ( 15), koja leže na obod nom krugu ( 14) mnogokutnog vršnog dijela (4b).
11.Vijčani element u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što se četiri tjemena (15) sijeku na dvije ravne linije (g1 , g2) mnogokutnog poprečnog presjeka koje se sijeku pravokutno na središnju uzdužnu os (X-X) i u svakom slučaju su na istoj udaljenosti (b) od uzdužne osi (X-X).
12.Vijčani element u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom l0 ili ll , naznačen time što su četiri tjemena (15) mnogokutnog poprečnog presjeka mnogokutnog vršnog dijela (4b) u svakom slučaju tako posložena da leže jedan iza drugog u uzdužnom smjeru po ravnim linijama koje se pružaju paralelno središnjoj uzdužnoj osi (X-X), tako da se dobiju ravni rubovi jezgre (18).
13.Vijčani element u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom ll ili 12, naznačen time što su tjemena ( 15) mnogokutnog poprečnog presjeka povezana jezgrenim stranama (22) koje imaju udubljenu konfiguraciju na takav način da se dobije mnogokutni poprečni presjek, koji se u odnosu na pravokutne ravne linije (g1, g2) pruža kroz tjemena (15), u svakom slučaju ima konfiguraciju simetričnog savijanja.
14.Vijčani element u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom ll ili 12, naznačen time što su , u odnosu na pravokutne ravne linije koje se pružaju kroz tjemena (15), jezgre ne strane (22) koje povezuju tjemena ( 15) mnogokutnog poprečnog presjeka asimetrično konfigurirane na takav način da se, u smjeru uvijanja (D) ili u smjeru izvijanja (D) vijčanog elementa (l) prema ovom izumu, postiže povećani učinak sječenja i /ili učinak mljevenja.
15.Vijčani element u skladu bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva l do 14, naznačen time što navoj (12) ima vanjski rub navoja koj i se, kada se promatra aksijalno, u smjeru središnje uzdužne osi (X-X), pruža helično, te se u području tijela s navojem (2) pruža uz konstantni promjer, a u području vrha vijka (4) se pruža helično uz kontinuirano sve manji promjer.
