Abstract

Изобретение относится к генетической инженерии и касается получения рекомбинантый плазмидных ДНК, содержащих гены эритропоэтина, которые обеспечивают высокие уровки экспрессиии указанных генов и получения in vitro активного человеческого эритропоэтина. Целью изобретения является повышение активности эритропоэтина. Способ состоит в том, что осуществляют получение геномного ДНК клона эритропоэтина человека гибридацией с зондами и его выделение, конструирование рекомбинантных плазмидных ДНК, кодирующих ЭПО человека с последующей трансформацией полученными ДНК штаммов клеток млекопитающих (например cos I), выделением и очисткой целового продукта.
