Abstract
Invenţia se referă la ingineria genetică şi la obţinerea plasmidelor ADN recomandate, care conţin genele eritropoietinei care asigură niveluri înalte de expresie a genilor indicaţi şi obţinerea in vitro a eritropoietinei umane active.Scopul invenţiei reprezintă majorarea activităţii eritropoietinei. Procedeul constă în aceea că se realizează obţinerea ADN genomic al clonului eritropoietinei umane prin hidrodizarea cu sonduri şi eliminarea lui, construirea ADN plasmide recombinante care condifică EPO a omului, transformând ulterior ADN al tulpinelor celulelor mamiferelor (de exemplu cos. 1) prin eliminarea şi purificarea produsului special.
