Abstract
The invention relates to the genetical engineer and for the preparation of recombinate AND plasmodium which contain the general erythropoietine, which insure the higher level expression of indicated genes and preparation in vitro of the human active erithropoietine.The purpose of this invention represents the increase of erithroipoietine activity. The method consists in preparation of genome ADN of human erythropoietine clone through the hybridization with probes and his elimination, the construction of the recombinate plasmide AND which coding EPO of the human being, transforming subsequent AND of the mammal cells strain ( for example cos.1) through the elimination and purification of the special product.
