Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гепатологии.Согласно изобретению, заявленный метод состоит в том, что выполняют интенсивную терапию, включающую парентеральное введение антибиотиков, гепатопротекторов, плазмы, аминокислот, реологических и мочегонных препаратов, а дополнительно выполняют лапароцентез с эвакуацией 3…5 л контаминированной асцитной жидкости, устанавливают дрен в нижнем этаже живота, через который нагнетают O2 в количестве 1000…3000 см3, барботируя егочерез оставшуюся асцитную жидкость в течение 2…3 мин, затем через дрен последовательно вводят лидазу 370…640 ЕД, разведенную в 200…500 мл 0,9%-ного р-ра NaCl, дексаметазон 8…16 мг, разведенный в 100…200 мл 0,9%-ного р-ра NaCl, и антибиотики из группы цефалоспоринов и макролидов, разведенные в 200…500 мл 0,9%-ного р-ра NaCl, процедуру введения препаратов через дрен повторяют 1…2 раза в день, в течение 3…5-и дней.
