Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гепатологии и может быть использовано для миниинвазивного лечения бактериального спонтанного асцит-перитонита у больных с декомпенсированным циррозом печени.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что проводят инфузионную терапию с парентеральным введением антибиотиков, гепатопротекторов, плазмы, аминокислот, реологических и дезагрегантных препаратов, диуретиков, и одновременно, под местной анестезией, осуществляют пункционные доступы в области левой и правой подвздошной ямки и под правой реберной дугой, эвакуируют асцитическую жидкость, затем через те же доступы, в каждую область вводят по смеси, которая содержит 4…8 мг дексаметазона, растворенного в 50…100 мл 0,9% раствора NaCl, гиалуронидазу 124…248 МЕ, растворенную в 100...200 мл 0,9% раствора NaCl, антибиотик из группы цефалоспоринов, растворенный в 50...100 мл 0,9% раствора NaCl и противомикробный препарат из группы нитроимидазолов, в дозе 5...10 мг/мл и в объеме 25...75 мл, ежедневно, в течение 3...5 дней.
