Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гепатологии и гепатохирургии и может быть использовано для улучшения микроциркуляции печени при декомпенсированном циррозе печени и осложненном асцит-перитонитом.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что выполняют лапароскопию под общим наркозом, медленно аспирируют перитонеальный экссудат, после чего выполняют осмотр органов брюшной полости с удалением фибриновых спаек, выполняют лаваж с 1...2 л физиологического раствора, затем раствор полностью аспирируют и вводят смесь которая содержит гиалуронидазу 640…1080 УЕ, растворенную в 200…400 мл физиологического раствора и раствор цефтриаксона 2…4 г. Затем под контролем лапароскопа чрескожно вводят катетер в круглую связку печени, которого фиксируют к коже, через который вводят смесь содержащая 2%-й раствор лидокаина, 2 мл, раствор актовегина 200 мг/5 мл и раствор цефтриаксона 1 г, которую вводят ежедневно, в течение 7 дней, а одновременно вводят внутривенно раствор ципрофлоксацина 200 мг, 2 раза в день, в течение 5…7 дней, затем катетер удаляют.
