Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения антиоксидантных соединений из кожицы ядра грецкого ореха Juglans regia L. и может быть использовано в пищевой промышленности, медицине и косметологии.Способ, согласно изобретению, состоит в том, что отделяют кожицу от ядра ореха, обезжиривают органическим растворителем, высушивают до влажности 6…8%, размельчают, мацерируют полученный порошок с раствором этилового спирта 20...70%, взятых в соотношении 1 : 20 соответственно, при температуре 15...30ºС, с постоянным перемешиванием до общего содержания полифенольных веществ в сухом остатке экстракта не менее 55%, затем жидкую фазу экстракта отделяют центрифугированием при 10000 об/мин в течение 15 мин или декантированием и фильтрацией.
