Abstract

Invenţia se referă la eloxarea aluminiului şi poate fi utilizată în microelectronică la confecţionarea substraturilor pentru circuite integrate hibride.Scopul invenţiei este reducerea rugozităţii şi porozităţii acoperirii.Procesul se desfăşoară în regim de microarc electric la densitatea de curent până la 15 A/dm2 şi tensiunea de lucru de 400-700 V. Reducerea rugozităţii şi porozităţii acoperirii se obţine la eloxare în soluţie apoasă, conţinând 1,4-1,6% de masă de hexametafosfat, cu aplicarea tensiunii pulsatorii, care se ridică până la valori de lucru în decurs de 5-8 min, apoi se reduce cu 10-15% după micşorarea densităţii de curent cu 4-5 A/dm2 şi se detensionează complet după micşorarea densităţii de curent până la 0,2-0,4 A/dm2.
