Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к оториноларингологии и может быть использовано для дифференциальной диагностики форм тонзиллита стрептококковой этиологии у детей по возрастным категориям и региону.Согласно изобретению, заявленный метод включает клиническое и параклиническое обследование, где определяют следующие параметры: индивидуальный показатель образования антистрептолизина-О к стрептококковому антигену больного (IIFA), индивидуальный показатель клеточной чувствительности больного к стрептококковым антигенам (IISB), региональный показатель физиологической нормы антистрептолизина-О по возрастным категориям (INACV), региональный показатель физиологической нормы клеточной чувствительности по возрастным категориям (INSCV), затем вычисляют уровень отклонения (ND), согласно формуле:.В случае, когда у детей 1…5 лет, ND больше 48,5 диагностируют хронический некомпенсированный тонзиллит, а когда меньше - хронический компенсированный тонзиллит; у детей 6…10 лет, когда ND больше 46,2 - хронический некомпенсированный тонзиллит, а когда меньше - хронический компенсированный тонзиллит; у детей 11…14 лет, когда ND больше 35,9 - хронический некомпенсированный тонзиллит; а когда меньше - хронический компенсированный тонзиллит; у детей 15…18 лет, когда ND больше 17,2 - хронический некомпенсированный тонзиллит, а когда меньше - хронический компенсированный тонзиллит.
