Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie şi poate fi aplicată în agricultură pentru obţinerea materialului de plantat liber de infecţie.Procedeul propus include excizarea meristemului, cultivarea lui în mediu Murashige-Skoog, obţinerea plantelor regenerante, microbutăşirea, înrădăcinarea, dezvoltarea, adaptarea microbutaşilor şi plantarea în sol a plantelor obţinute, unde înainte de plantarea în sol plantele se butăşesc în butaşi cu 2-3 frunzuliţe, iar înrădăcinarea, dezvoltarea şi adaptarea se efectuează timp de 12-14 zile în mediu Knop, conţinând suplimentar 0,01-0,1 g/l de saponină furostanolică 5a-furostan-3b,22,26-triol-3-[O-b-D-glucopiranozil(1®2)-b-D-glucopiranozil(1®4)-b-D-galactopiranozid]-26-O-b-D-glucopiranozid.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în efectuarea microbutăşirii în condiţii nesterile şi aclimatizarea plantelor la etapa înrădăcinării butaşilor, precum şi în sporirea numărului de butaşi înrădăcinaţi şi de plante adaptate în sol.
