Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie şi poate fi aplicată în agricultură pentru obţinerea răsadului de stevia.Procedeul propus include multiplicarea plantelor de stevia prin culturi in vitro, secţionarea plantelor multiplicate în butaşi cu 4-6 frunzuliţe, înrădăcinarea şi adaptarea lor la condiţiile mediului înconjurător pe mediu nutritiv Knop timp de 14-15 zile şi plantarea ulterioară în sol deschis.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în ridicarea gradului de înrădăcinare a butaşilor.
