Abstract

The invention relates to agricultural biotechnology and can be used for microclonal propagation of grapevine.The process, according to the invention, consists in that shoots of a length of 6…10 cm are selected, washed, rinsed in running water, sterilized, apexes of a size of 0.5…1.0 mm are excised, containing meristems with 2…3 primordial leaves, which are inoculated in the Murashige-Skoog nutrient medium supplemented with 5 µM of 6-benzylaminopurine, 0.5 µM of naphthalene-acetic acid, 2% of sucrose, 0.7% of agar, having the pH 5.7; in 2…3 weeks after inoculation apexes are irradiated in periodic regime, during 20…25 min, with low-intensity millimetric waves of a wavelength of 5.6 mm and a frequency of 53.8 GHz, after the regenerants proliferate and develop they are transferred to the Murashige-Skoog medium, are subcultured during 6…7 cycles and is performed their micrografting in vitro, regenerants with 3…4 interstices are transferred to the Murashige-Skoog medium supplemented with 0.4 µM of naphthalene-acetic acid, then the regenerants with well-developed radicular system are transferred into a mixture of soil and peat, and then into soil substrate.
