Abstract

The invention relates to agriculture and may be used in viticulture.Summary of the invention consists in the treatment of plants 8-12 days before the full flowering and in the grape growing period with a biological active solution. The novelty of the invention consists in, that the steroid glycoside [(25R)-5α-furostan-2α, 3β, 26-tetraol)]-26-O-β-D-glycopiranoside in concentration of 0,0001…0,001% is used as biologic active material.The technical result consists in plants physiologic processes optimization that provides increasing of grapes sugar content, decreasing of acidness thereof and increasing of grapes mass.
