Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria de vinificare, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a vinurilor spumoase.Rezultatul tehnic constă în sporirea calităţilor de perlare, de spumare şi rezistenţei vinului la degajarea CO2, totodată diminuând pierderile de gaz şi de vin.Procedeul prevede cupajarea vinurilor, filtrarea cupajului, gazarea lui cu dioxid de carbon, umplerea sticlelor, înfundarea şi ambalarea lor.Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea că după umplerea sticlelor se prevede gazarea vinului cu dioxid de carbon în două etape, la etapa întâia prin robinet se introduce în sticle dioxid de carbon sub o presiune de 0,6-0,8 MPa, fixând sticla cu mecanismul de blocare, iar la etapa a doua fazele gaz-lichid se omogenizează la o presiune excedentă a mediului cel puţin de 0,2 MPa, turnând vinul în retortă şi din nou în sticlă prin reîntoarcerea dispozitivului de gazare la 180°.
