Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the maxillofacial surgery.Summary of the invention consists in the fact that under general anesthesia is made an incision of a length of 1…1.2 cm in the infraorbital arc region, are mobilized the displaced bone fragments, and then therein is drilled a channel perpendicular to the bone surface at a distance of 0.5…0.6 mm from the edge of the bone fragments in which is fixed a screw of a diameter of 2 mm and a length of 5 mm, it is wound a metal wire of a diameter of 0.3…0.4 mm on the screw heads with the formation of a loop, it is twisted the loop and are fixed the bone fragments with subsequent cutting of the metal wire ends to a length of 0.5…0.6 mm, then the postoperative wound is treated antiseptically and sutured in layers.
