Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, а именно к способу глубинного культивирования штамма гриба Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03, продуцента липаз, и может быть использовано в микробиологической промышленности для получения липолитических ферментов с широким применением в пищевой промышленности, производстве и переработке жиров и растительных масел, в медицине в качестве терапевтического и диагностического средства.Способ, согласно изобретению, предусматривает получение суспензии спор штамма выращенного в течении 30 дней на среде солод-агар, инокуляцию суспензии в количестве 5 об.% в питательную водную среду, содержащую, г/л: соевую муку - 35,0, (NH4)2SO4 - 1,0, KH2PO4 -5,0, с одновременным введением 0,010 г/л [Ca(L)3][Co(NCS)4], где L - диметилпиридин-2,6-дикарбоксилат, и культивирование при постоянном перемешивания при 180-200 об/мин при температуре 28-30°C, в течение 24 ч.Результат изобретения состоит в увеличении биосинтеза липолитических ферментов и сокращении продолжительности культивирования штамма на 24 часа.
